Thank you for shopping with Faratik. This Cancellation & Return Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and damaged orders are handled.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Order Confirmation
Customers may request to cancel their order before it is confirmed by our team.
Once we review the request, we will notify you whether the cancellation is approved.
After Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed and moved into the preparation or delivery stage, it cannot be canceled.
This ensures smooth operations and timely deliveries.
2. Return Policy (Damaged Items Only)
We only accept returns in cases where the product arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Include your order number when contacting us
After reviewing your case, we may offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund (in eligible situations)
No returns or exchanges are accepted for any reason other than damage.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
A return request will not be accepted if:
- More than 24 hours have passed since delivery
- The item has been used
- The item is missing original packaging or accessories
- The damage was caused after delivery
- The customer simply changed their mind
4. Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we may charge an additional delivery fee for redelivery.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if paid online)
- Cash refunds may be arranged for cash-on-delivery orders
- Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days
