Thank you for shopping with Faratik. This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle returns for your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for delivery.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is confirmed.
2. Delivery Information
We currently offer delivery within Egypt only. We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Method
All orders are delivered by our own delivery team to ensure safety, accuracy, and product quality.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery within our service areas: 1–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, road conditions, or high-volume periods.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on your location and will be shown at checkout.
If free delivery is offered for specific orders or promotions, it will be clearly displayed before payment.
4. Order Updates
You will receive updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email (depending on availability) regarding:
- Order confirmation
- Out-for-delivery status
- Delivery arrival
5. Damaged Items & Return Policy
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos or videos clearly showing the damage
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
After reviewing the case, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (in eligible cases)
No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons other than damage.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer not answering phone calls
- Customer unavailable at the delivery location
If the order needs to be redelivered, an additional delivery fee may apply.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once our delivery team marks the order as Delivered, the order is considered successfully completed. If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours.
